I originally had a straight body type with almost no waistline and a lot of belly fat overall, but after the liposuction, I definitely got a waistline and my abdomen was smoothed out nicely. It has been about two months since I had Korean liposuction surgery at Sinnonhyeon Sayyes Clinic. I got liposuction on my thighs, buttocks, and knees, including 360cc on the thighs, plus the buttocks and knee fat. Now, the swelling seems to be almost all gone, and while there is still a little bit of hardening (fibrosis), it feels almost completely resolved. They told me that 4,500cc of pure fat was extracted from my thighs, so my legs felt really light right after the surgery. After the liposuction, I've been consistently doing walking exercises. My diet is sometimes a mess though…
