2 weeks post-op from breast fat grafting. I struggled a lot between implants and fat grafting, but I didn't want an overly exaggerated look and was also scared, so I went with fat grafting. For liposuction, I mostly targeted my love handles and the area under my butt. Considering there wasn't much pain, my body shape got corrected, and my previously flat upper chest has rounded out, I really think I made the great choice.
